| Victoria Griffith is the Director of Quality Assurance for the Clyde’s Restaurant Group. She is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology and is credentialed as a Certified Professional-Food Safety (CP-FS) through the National Environmental Health Association. Victoria has been with Clyde’s since 1996 and oversees all of their health and safety programs as well as government and regulatory affairs dealing with food safety.
Victoria has been a member of NCAEHA for 8 years and has served as the Virginia Delegate and Vice-President of Programs. She is certified as a ServSafe instructor as well as a NEHA food safety instructor. Victoria is also a member of Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity where she volunteers to raise awareness about breast cancer and the importance of early detection. She serves the ZTA Foundation as the National Think Pink/NFL Teams Coordinator. Victoria is internationally recognized for her work and commitment to hand washing and the long standing Hand Washing Competition at Clyde’s that has been recognized by the FDA as a best practice. |

You need JavaScript enabled to view it | For the past 2 years Arian Gibson has been the Food Technologist for the District of Columbia Department of Health. He is a standardizing officer and NIMS certified. Arian has implemented a Risk Control Program and Notice of Infraction Program and is on the board to implement the Digital Health Department System. In addition to his normal responsibilities, Mr. Gibson is the chair for the DC Food Safety and Food Defense Advisory Committee and the District of Columbia voting delegate for the Conference of Food Protection.
Before becoming the Food Technologist, he served as a Sanitarian for DC DOH for 8 years. During that time he aided in planning and hosting the FDA Central Region Retail Food Conference in 2007. Prior to serving as a Sanitarian, Arian was a lab assistant at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences. He graduated from North Carolina Central University with a BS in Environmental Science and Biology. Arian is husband to Janeen Gibson and father of Leah Gibson. |

| Shannon has been a member of the NCAEHA since 2004 and has served on the NCAEHA Board as Newsletter Editor from 2006-2008 and as Secretary from 2008-2010. She has worked in Public Health since graduation from the University of Virginia in 2004, where she majored in both Environmental Sciences and Spanish. Shannon is currently an Environmental Health Specialist III with the Fairfax County Health Department Food Safety Program, in which she coordinates foodborne illness investigations and oversees the milk plant sanitation program. Shannon is credentialed as a Registered Environmental Health Specialist (REHS) through the National Environmental Health Association. |

| Sarah Han is an Environmental Health Specialist II with the Food Safety Section of the Fairfax County Health Department. She graduated from Liberty University with a B.S. in Health Promotions. She is working on obtaining her REHS certification. She has been a member of NCAEHA since 2007. |
| Julia Balsley first became a student member of NEHA in 1997 when she attended her first AEC & Exhibition in Arlington, Virginia. She graduated from Salisbury Unversity in 1998 with a B.S. in Environmental Health. That summer she began her career as an Environmental Sanitarian for the State of Maryland with the Anne Arundel County Health Department in the Community & Housing Protection Program. During the summer of 2001 she made the move to be an Environmental Health Specialist for the Arlington County Department of Human Services in the Environmental Health Program. She has been there every since for the most part performing food and recreational water facility inspections . Julia joined NCAEHA in 2000 and has served as the Virginia Delegate and has sat on the Award Committee. She maintains NEHA's REHS/RS credential. |

| Mr. Flippens began his environmental/public health career in 1990. He has worked as an Environmental Health Specialist, Industrial Hygiene Technician, Sanitarian, Sexually Transmitted Disease Investigator, as well as other areas of public and occupational health. Bruce is currently assigned as a Sanitarian with the District of Columbia's Bureau of Community Hygiene. His current assignments include performing food safety inspections and facility plan reviews throughout the District. |

| Kris Wallace graduated from James Madison University with a BS in Health Sciences. She is currently an Environmental Health Specialist in the Envrionmental Health Bureau at the Arlington County Health Dept. Kris’s career in Envrionmental Health began with the Fairfax County Health Department in 2003. She has previously held the position of secretary in NCAEHA and has been a member of NCAEHA since 2003. She maintains her CP-FS and is working towards her master’s in Public Administration from George Mason University. |

You need JavaScript enabled to view it | Marion Allen is a Consumer Safety Officer on the Food Defense Oversight Team in the FDA/Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition. She is responsible for coordinating domestic stakeholders outreach and education activities relating to the Bioterrorism Act of 2002, food defense awareness initiative and assignments. She has worked as a FDA field investigator and compliance officer and has over 20 years of experience in FDA’s food laws, import requirements and regulations, produce safety, dairy safety and the new Bioterrorism Act of 2002. Her accomplishments include successfully completing development of the Employees FIRST – Food Defense Awareness training for first-line employees; ALERT web-based training tool; planning and coordinating the public meetings held throughout the regions to provide information on the Bioterrorism regulations. She is a graduate of Northern Illinois University, DeKalb, IL with a B.S. in Community Health Education. |

| A graduate from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in Recreation, Park and Tourism Sciences, Jennifer has 12 years experience in the Hospitality and Food Service industry. After completing her culinary training at Carlos Rosario International Career Center in 2006, she accepted a position at Ridgewells Catering Company as the Food Production office manager. A year later, she joined the Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington (RAMW). Her background in marketing, education and culinary arts provides her with essential skills to now lead the Membership & Training efforts for RAMW. She is responsible for managing and promoting membership, ServSafe Food and Alcohol certification courses, leadership seminars and all member related training and educational programs. As a liaison for RAMW and RAMW-Education Foundation she also coordinates communications in support of the local restaurant and hospitality industry. |
